Snow Days!
We sure had an unusual week of snow in the Northwest! The first storm
came on New Years Eve. Temperatures stayed so cold that the snow
didn't really melt away. Then the Next week we were told to expect a
big storm. Everything was announced closed the night before the
expected storm. We stayed up all night to watch the snowfall. No
snowfall. We finally went to bed about 5am. When we woke up everything
was covered with more snow that we have even seen here! One of my best
friends, Roseann came over and we took the kids sledding down the middle of
the street! We even jumped on the sled with them! I haven't done
that since I was a kid! We had such a great day!
